We’ll always email you before charging your card. Your card may have been charged for a number of reasons:
- You may have unpaid subscription payments on your account.
- There may be outstanding charges such as penalty charge notices, admin fees, accident excess and vehicle expense requests.
You can view your Billing History by logging in to your Carzuno Dashboard and going to 'Billing' section.
You can update or change your payment card at any point during your subscription by going to ‘Billing' in the Carzuno Dashboard
